Chic and casual

Wow, jetzt habe ich mich wirklich lange nicht gemeldet. Aber das hat natürlich auch seinen Grund. Wie ihr auf Instagram bestimmt mitbekommen habt, sind wir gerade umgezogen und da war einfach so viel zu tun, dass ich mir ganz bewusst eine kleine Social-Media-Pause gegönnt habe. Und ich sage euch: so gerne ich das alles hier mache, es hat wirklich gut getan ein paar Tage „faul“ zu sein und die virtuelle Welt einmal virtuell sein zu lassen. Obwohl wir mit dem Umzug so viel zu tun hatten, habe ich gemerkt, wie viel freie Zeit mir übrig geblieben ist. Vor allem vor und nach der Arbeit hatte ich auf einmal ruhige Stunden, die ich mit anderem füllen konnte. Man sollte sich im hektischen Alltag wirklich ab und zu vor Augen führen, woher diese Hektik eigentlich kommt. Wenn man das Handy nur 24 Stunden beiseite legt, bleibt schon so viel mehr Zeit für andere Dinge.

Nichtsdestotrotz freue ich mich, dass ich wieder zurück bin und euch meinen ersten Look nach Urlaubs- und Umzugspause präsentieren darf. Ich verspreche: diesen Monat wird es hier wieder modischer zugehen. Bei meinem heutigen Look ist das Herzstück meine neue Spitzenbluse von H&M. Sie ist wirklich ein absolutes Traumteil für mich, denn ich finde, dass einfach jedes Detail stimmt. Zu meinem eher gemütlichen, basic-lastigen Look ist sie ein toller Hingucker und ich werde bestimmt noch viel Freude mit ihr haben. Die restlichen Teile des Outfits sind euch bestimmt schon bekannt, denn sie gehören zu meinem Standardrepertoire. Die Dicker Boots von Isabel Marant haben genau die richtige Höhe, um sie auch im Alltag zu tragen, die Halfmoon-Bag von A.P.C. mag ich so gern, dass ich sie sogar in zwei Farben haben musste (wie die Boots im Übrigen auch) und die Vintage-Jeans von Levi’s war einfach nur ein Glücksgriff in einem Second-Hand-Shop in Göteborg. Sonnenbrille, Armreif und Gürtel runden mit ihren goldenen Details den Look ab und unterstreichen den klassischen Look der Bluse. Ich hoffe ihr mögt die Kombination so sehr wie ich.

Wow, it’s been a while since my last post, but not without a good reason. As you might have seen on Instagram, we just moved into our new house and there was so much to do, that I decided to take a little break from social media. And I must admit: I really enjoyed it. Although there was a whole lot of work waiting, I had some free time for me. Especially before and after work there were some free hours and that reminded me to be aware of where the hectic in my daily life comes from. If you just put away your mobile phone for 24 hours, there’s so much time for other things.

Nevertheless I’m really happy to be back and to show you my first look after my holiday- and moving-timeout. I promise: There will be more going on over here in the next month. The centerpiece of today’s look is my new lace blouse from H&M. I think every detail is just perfect and it fits so well into my basic look. You already know all the other pieces as I’m wearing them quite often. The Dicker boots from Isabel Marant are comfy enough to wear them the whole day, I love my half-moon bag so much, that I needed it in two colours (same with my boots) and my Vintage Levi’s jeans were the best catch in a Second Hand shop in Göteborg. Sunglasses, bracelet and belt round off the whole look and go perfectly with the classy blouse. I hope you like this combination as much as I do.
